Before submitting:

The PHP 5,000 minimum installment payment is part of tuition, not an extra fee. The remaining tuition is paid in approved additional installments. The minimum down payment is described as non-refundable, subject to applicable law and PearlT's approved agreement. Payment is not confirmed until verified.
